This is a Time & Materials service to create an IT strategy and milestone plan aligned with your business needs. It includes the following activities.
- Defining the scope of the strategy in terms of business domains and sub-domains
- Working with business and IT leaders to understand drivers, opportunities, and problems
- Capturing the current state of IT architecture and technology for the defined scope
- Defining the target state of IT for the defined scope
- Creating a high-level transition plan for the IT architecture and technology
- (Optional) Supporting the creation of a business case for specific IT transformations
The scope of work and deliverables will be further defined during the initial engagement. It will be limited by the total engagement time.
The price is per day of work, excluding GST. A minimum of 20 working days need to be ordered.
